Key Elements of Early Transition (KEET) – A guide (and checklist) developed to assist with planning, implementing and evaluating a smooth transition for children with disabilities from ECI to preschool programs. The checklist will help parents understand what is required (R) in transition and what is suggested (S) as best practice. The checklist also guides parents on which agency is responsible for each of the required areas.
