There are a variety of reports that the Texas Education Agency creates that are public record.  These can help families learn more about their school districts and schools.

Accountability Ratings (formerly called Academic Excellence Indicator System)

Discipline Data Reports

Performance Based Monitoring Reports (PBMAS) – Learn more about how students with disabilities are doing with testing, discipline and least restrictive environment (by district, region, state).  In 2019 – this was changed to Results Driven Accountability 

Special Education Reports – Report of number of students receiving special ed. services by disability category

State Performance Plan

PEIMS Standard Reports – Geographic Information, Student Reports, and Staff Reports.

Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) – pull together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year. Performance is shown disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and socioeconomic status. 

Texas Performance Reporting System (TPRS) – integrates state and federal reporting requirements into a single reporting system that can be viewed at the campus, district, region, and state level.
